The mbt changa is not very different from normal walking from the outside looking in, but actually, it does feel different,wonderful!

MBT Womens Changa Shoes are not only horrendously ugly, but they are extremely uncomfortable! I bought MBT Womens Changa Shoes hoping they would provide ample cushioning on my walks with my friends, but they are certainly disappointing. The next day my legs to my abdominal were sore and fatigued! I think it ruined my knees also.

MBT Womens Changa Shoe are great. I have problem with my lower back as well as foot problems. Within 20 minutes of wearing them my back stopped hurting! I was so surpri sed. These shoes cost a lot, but they are worth it. I now have two pair. They take some getting used to, because they force you to walk correctly. Make sure you watch the video that comes with it.

MBT Womens Changa Shoe are very comfortable to wear. I did order a half size larger and I'm glad I did! They do take a little getting used to, but they are a great "workout"!
