MBT Mens Tembea Shoes are quite remarkable. They are not too difficult to get accustomed to. The most unusual thing is standing still, where you tend to rock forward. The bottom line is that they do build up your legs very quickly. I would most definitely recommend them.

This was my first pair of MBT Mens Tembea Shoes. Love them! I needed a half size larger, but fit is great. I have both foot pain and back pain or should I say that I had pain. After getting my legs used to walking in these wonderful MBT Mens Tembea Shoes, I can now wear them all day and plan to take them to with me this fall. Can't wait to get a second pair.
